Techland Releases Hotfixes and Improvements for Dying Light 2 Soon
Dying Light 2 was released last week and the number of players quickly surpassed the all-time high of the first Dying Light. After a weekend through Techland’s new town of Villedor, the studio has released a list of hotfixes and improvements coming soon to the zombie parkour game.
As expected, different platforms have different bugs and things to fix. The issues PC players are experiencing don’t necessarily show up on the PlayStation, and what you see on the PlayStation doesn’t necessarily match what’s happening on the Xbox console.
Dying Light’s official account tweeted “Hello Survivors”. “We implemented a few hotfixes over the weekend and will continue to add more in the future. Thank you for your amazing support and patience. This is our plan for next week.”
Techland below has posted different images for each platform on which Dying Light 2 is playable, you can view each in the gallery below.

To recap some of the fixes, Techalnd is working on fixing game crash bugs, infinite black screen bugs, story stop bugs, visual bugs, co-op disconnects, and more. Most fixes are what Techland calls “implementation ready”, and most improvements are categorized. However, on each platform, Techland lists a few additional issues that they classify as “working”. There is no word on when these specific fixes will come, but Techland is working hard to update Dying Light 2 quickly.
