New Kingdom Hearts Mobile Game, Missing-Link, Announced, Closed Beta Test This Year

Square Enix has unveiled a new Kingdom Hearts mobile game called Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link, with closed beta testing scheduled for later this year.

Revealed in today’s new 20th anniversary trailer, Missing-Link is more of a console Kingdom Hearts experience than standard mobile Kingdom Hearts (at least in terms of gameplay). Featuring a 3D environment, the familiar Heartless we’ve been fighting for for decades, this time on the battlefield, and completely free-to-play combat like the mainline series. Square Enix also revealed in today’s trailer that the long-awaited “finale” of Kingdom Hearts Union X’s long story set in the mobile game Kingdom Hearts Dark Road will be released for free this August.
