Deathverse: Let It Die Offers Two Open Betas, First Beta Coming Next Week
Deathverse: Let It Die, the sequel to 2016’s Let It Die and arena-based melee combat, was announced at the PlayStation Showcase last October and now everyone gets a chance to try it out. .
That’s because Deathverse is getting two public betas and the first one starts next week. Specifically, it starts at 1:00 PM. May 28th until 7pm PDT. The second will be broadcast live from 1pm. PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 owners can pre-download the game from the PlayStation Store starting today.

The press release states: “In Deathverse: Let It Die, players compete in a 16-player survival battle arena as participants in the world-famous TV show Death Jamboree. “You must fight player-controlled CPU enemies in a PvPvE havoc with Wilson, your trusted robot companion.”
During the beta period, which is called “Limited Time Open Beta: Destroy the Servers!”, players will have access to the game’s tutorials, training modes, and ranked matches. During the fight against each other, players also have to fight the CPU-controlled enemy, Cryptids.

Sometimes “life hunters come into the arena.” And players have only two choices when facing them: run or die.

You can transform your robotic companion Wilson into one of five weapon types, including Machete, Buzzsaw, and Katana. All work takes place on different Battlefields in the game, and different areas of each Battlefield are polluted to keep rounds short. If you stay in this contaminated area too long, you start to lose health.
“A showdown zone is held at the end of each match to give fans a dramatic final battle,” the press release said. “Duke one-on-one to become the last contender to stand in this restricted realm.”
Everyone participating in one of the betas will receive free bonuses such as test pilot titles, T-Pose Emote and Premium Uncle-D2 decals when the full game is released. Additionally, players who reach level 4 of the Scale Tower in Let It Die will receive the title of Senpai. For more information on all of this, visit the official Deathverse: Let It Die website.
