AEW Fight Forever Adds Two Wrestlers, Verified on PC!

Two more additions today to the roster of All Elite Wrestling’s upcoming console game, AEW Fight Forever.

Today’s All Elite Arcade stream hosted by AEW stars Evil Uno and Adam Cole revealed the models and gameplay of Kris Statlander and former female champion Nyla Rose. It has also confirmed that referee Aubrey Edwards (who has mentioned her gaming career and wrestling in this interview) will be attending the game along with other officials. You can see Statlander and Rose fighting in the trailer below.

Evil Uno has further confirmed the final title of the game and has announced that it is coming to PC. Fight Forever was previously scheduled for an as yet unassigned console.

AEW Fight Forever was first announced in November 2020 and is being developed by Yuke’s, a studio that has been making WWE games for decades. AEW claimed the title as an arcade-style grappler inspired by WWF No Mercy, contributed to development by Hideyuki “Geta” Iwashita, the game’s director. Fight Forever also has a story mode. Last year, AEW Games slowly revealed the roster via video clips of gameplay in development. The roster is rumored to consist of around 50 names. Excluding players added today, the wrestlers officially confirmed so far are:

  • Chris Jericho

  • Kenny Omega

  • Shida Hikaru

  • Darby Allin

  • Jungle Boy

  • Thunder Rosa

  • Young Bucks

The game is said to be due for release sometime this year, with rumors suggesting that September will be the release date. Neither AEW nor Yuke’s has confirmed a release date.
